Standard Springs?

Working on my piazza I have come to the conclusion that my suspension us far from standard. The front I don't mind, but the rear has been beating the hell out of the bump stops, and I can max it out with very little effort pushing down on the rear of the car. Does anyone have a standard set of rear ...

Be careful with the brake hose joints on the front end. The 17s that came on mine (not sure on backspacing sorry) were having their tyres shredded by being caught on the body mounted join between the rigid and flexible brake lines.

Na, should fit in the car pretty easy so no drama. Just had a look at the guard, has a couple of little scratches but very clean overall, I'm pretty sure I have both front indicators for the guards, if i can dig them up you can have the pair for $10, keep the second as a spare.

$50 sound fair? $20 for the bonnet and plastic eyelid (no opening mechanism) if you want that (only needs a respray as it's been sitting on gravel next to the shell for a few weeks, happy to send them via courrier if you want to organise one (i'm near lilydale, out east of Melbourne) or I'll be up o...

No spare suspension, but if you decide to reace the panels rather than repair I have a black bonnet that's in need of a respray and a black guard that's basically perfect. Should have the plastic eyebrow and side indicator if they were damaged as well.

I should have an indicator lense for you, and am out east of Melbourne too. Slowly stripping one at the moment so have a lot of interior bits available and all have a lot of panels in good nic available shortly. As far as the motor, it'll be a 4zc-1, 2l turbo if it's a Holden one.

I'll do a comparison of the 2 units when mine arrives, but unless it's a simple swap I won't go to the analogue for a good few months, until I have the car up and running properly with the digital dash.

Thanks for that. The cluster has miles and km on it, but I'm quite used to driving in miles, my daily driver was built in 67!

I'd be suggesting that the commodore needs a good tune if it prefers V power.

Different Dashes?

Hi guys, I currently have an 86 hden piazza 2l turbo manual with digital dash. I would like to change over to an analogue dash and a friend from the UK has offered me an analogue cluster from a lotus tuned automatic turbo. Will all the wiring plugs and speedo cable match up and work properly?

Which aftermarket turbo?

since my turbo needs replacing I am wondering what is the best option for a replacement. The car is currently set up for a high mounted t25/t28 garrett, (oil and water cooled I think), I'm not after silly power, more fun and reliability (once the projects finished I'm hoping to press the car into re...

I have one, told it was working but haven't tested as the wiring in my car was badly hacked for a modern unit. Have both the headunit and equalizer
