I bought an '89 Impulse Turbo a month ago and had the power steering to AC belt shread a week or so afterwards- how do I get the tensioner pulley to move so I can install a new one? Turning the bolt on the bracket seems to do nothing, is there another bolt that keeps the tensioner from moving along ...
