I have goodies for you. I unpacked the shifter to check for missing parts or damage, and it's all there and in good shape. I repacked it with a little extra packing material as it just came in bubble wrap. I figure I will put the smaller boxes in a bigger box with a little more packing as added insu...

I agree. Nice looking radiator, but did you want to make it longer or thicker? What size is that fan? The Radiator was SUPPOSED to be thicker, and the extra thickness was to be added to the front of the radiator to maintain engine clearance etc. The rest of the dimensions are exactly to factory siz...

Well, either way I will figure it out. I am going to start pulling the suspension apart tomorrow if I have the chance. Until then, I got to work on getting the fuel system started. Got the tank stripped down, but not show in this picture is the two valves on top removed along with all of the padding...

Heck, for all of that work I might just have all of the bushings machined out of Derlin. I can get the bar stock cheap enough ($27/ft in black).... In any case it may be a little bit before I get around to dropping the rear suspension to do some measuring, so you may get a PM one day asking for the ...

In other news, I am in the process of ordering SPAX shocks for my project, and figured now would be a good time to order some custom springs as well. The shocks from the UK were quoted at $398.95 USD and I am assuming the freight charges will be in excess of $100 on top of it. Honestly though, consi...

Wasn't sure. Or you can do what I've done and change a setting in your profile so that the forum server sends you an automated message to your nominated email notifying you that you have a new message. This setting is in the preferences section. That way you don't have to be vigilant about checking...

Well, my radiator is being made and should be done either Friday, or no later than Weds. of next week. I finally got in contact with JE, but then the guy forgot to call me back again... getting really frustrating. I got my Speedhut Revolution gauges in, but I have to think of another solution for ga...

Yea. Personal preference. I used them before on a different car, and while they are heavy and expensive, I have no fear of damaging them in any way unless I severely screw up somehow. Overkill = my way lol. Pauters are run in cars pushing a lot more power per cylinder than I will probably ever make ...

Hood Lift Supports/Struts
I am having zero luck finding any sort of listing for these on a 1988-89 application. I am finding quite a few for 83-87 though. Is there really a difference between the two? They look about the same from what I can see..

Most of my lines are actually going to be the stainless steel tubing. The braided PTFE hose is for the connection to the gas tank, and from the hard line to the rail, and then to the regulator. Most of it is actually for the turbo coolant and oil feed. I want to use as little as possible, but it sur...

I got the chance this week to spend more time getting my garage in order, and the rest of what I was waiting on to get my fuel system built finally arrived (and a few things for the turbo oil and water lines as well, minus 4 of my -6AN hose ends that are on back order). I don't have everything I nee...
