I got mine out by removing the radius rods and unbolted the lower balljoint, then removed the stub axle and upper arm because I had to anyway, then tied a chain around the top coils of the spring and over the crossmember (so it can't go flying anywhere). Then loosen the arm bolt, then it goes down t...

In NSW (dunno about other states) you could put a 4ZD1 in legally I think. The rules say you can't go more than 15% over without getting an engineer cert. 4ZD1 is under 15% over a 4ZC1's displacement.

Nice dish!

Should've got 205/45 that's closer to the original rolling diameter, might not rub on the inner guards. Do they hit the shocks when the cars jacked up?

Also RB Gemini looks to have the same one, dunno if it would actually be the same though as in charging capacity? Shitloads of RB's at wreckers though if it works.

Mine came with one of those Alpine tape deck with stacker control although not the stacker. Then a thick wood custom parcel shelf with kenwood 7x10s in it, and some big shiney amp (250w?) just floating around in the boot without a fusible link on the power wire! Oh yea and the head unit was wired in...

I think it was closer to 25mm on each side.
Have to sort out a panhard rod mount for the axle too it's on the opposide side with the Piazza.

edit: Piazza rear track - 1380, TG Gemini - 1325

Yer but having to add extra link mounts and also shortening the diff makes it no easier than sticking any other diff in there.

Jackaroo is the same spline as the Piazza. There was one at the wreckers with the diff removed but axles still there so I pulled one out and checked. Should've checked that with the shuttle i saw the other week someone had done the same thing. When I had my axles out they showed no signs of any wear...

Yer i've only seen the shuttle/rodeo one the housings from the outside looked exactly the same as the Piazza one. So if you wanted you could probably change the gear set to 4.1 or one of those other silly ones, but i'd rather 3.9. Don't need to worry about the LSD we've already got them :) How commo...

I think i got ripped off abit, but i took the diff banjo out and gave it to the diff shop and they replaced all the bearings and serviced the lsd. It was only meant to cost 500 but the diff shop told me that they had to machine speedy sleeves in because the stuffed bearings had worn groves into the...
