Guys, in all seriousness, the downsizing is not happening quickly enough, so stuff will be made available at either IPTOC's original purchase price or, most likely, significantly less. I can't legislate for postage charges, but nothing will be sold at a premium. I'll have nothing left after Wedgie v...

Further to my earlier post regarding parts, I am now in a situation where I need to significantly downsize and scale down the UK Piazza parts operation. All enquiries welcome from all corners of the globe as most items will be available at either what they cost IPTOC or, in many cases, significantly...

JAPS UK 2012-Sunday 1st July, Thoresby Park NG22 9EP

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, IPTOC will not officially attend this year's JAPS North event at Thoresby Park on Sunday 1st July. One reason is that the organisers have moved the event forward by a week to avoid clashing with another Japanese event in the south. IPTOC would love to he...

Guys, the spoiler shown in the auction pics is what was fitted to the UK/Europe Handling by Lotus models as standard and has nothing to do with Irmscher. The Irmscher spoiler was a real special and sat about a third of the way up the outside of the tailgate and had completely concealed fixings, as o...

Hi, Certainly sounds like you've tried pretty much everything. Your spark plugs will be wet if the injectors are working but the engine doesn't fire, so that may be an easier test than pulling the injector rail. Just a thought - some markets have an injector dropping resistor, an oblong aluminium bo...

Me again! Curiosity got the better of me in terms of your quest to find the diagnostic links and I dug out the 88/89MY Impulse workshop manual when I got home. Similar to the RHD Piazzas, the Impulses have diagnostic links sprouting from the harness close to where the multiplugs are for the ECU (und...

Just to go back to a post from Wedgie on page 3 (or 4?), on the Turbo models, the plug which fits the knock sensor IS EXACTLY THE SAME as the one which goes to the Idle Air Control valve under the inlet manifold, and it is entirely possible to get them muddled up. I'm not sure if this will cause you...

I have good, used turbo water control valves (as pictured) if anyone is interested. Twenty English pounds plus postage.
When they were still available from Isuzu (and they may still be, I haven't checked for over 10 years), they were 130 quid!!

Cool, I would like to try a couple. Once we've sorted the lamps etc., I'll buy a couple from you if that's OK.

Anything to save a few dollars, the killer for the regs could be the size, although they do fold in on themselves quite nicely. Will weigh one at the weekend and gauge postage.

I think, Wedgie, this "journalist" was drawing on information gleaned from UK-only spec cars and contemporary magazine reviews which, at best, were mixed. However, that becomes irrelevant due to the increasing spiral of apoplexy I find myself in, that a bellwhiff called NIGEL who is prepar...

@eyecon that's interesting. AUD150 roughly equals GBP100, so that makes the new, genuine regulators I have here seem very cheap. I've currently got three of each side, but more are available to order.

Still interested in those generic clips though, a very interesting and neat solution indeed.

Guys, Just FYI, the window regulators ARE still available, you just have to know what part number to order them under. I have new LH and RH ones in stock here, GBP55.00 each. The motor needs to be swapped, but other than that, they're complete. Hats off to Dennis with his detective work, the crew at...

ISUZU PIAZZA/IMPULSE PARTS

Righty-ho then. I have an entire cellar, garage and shed chock full of Isuzu Piazza/Impulse JR parts, many of them new, many of them genuine Isuzu, many of them discontinued and no longer available anywhere else, all the used stuff is in good nick. I can identify parts by part number and also have th...
