Dammit Chris... I told ya!

Luckily we now live in a zero tolerance society. I'm sending Dave Warner over immediately!

No warnings. Consider this a sample of Australian Foreplay ie ("brace yourself!").

(They win another round-ball game an look what happens. And that's despite having such small balls.)
FYI for the socially more advanced - apparently yesterday there was some day match in grasshopper, or cricket, or whatever....

Now you see I wasn't complaining!!! I'm just amazed, don't forget I live in a country where xenophobia and (increasingly) alcoholism aren't allowed, so my comments were mainly born out of jealousy!

Having said that, whoever decided these Walkabout bars were a good idea can sod right off . . . since when do a map of Australia, a wooden kangaroo and a sign which says "Dunnies" constitute an accurate recreation of an Australian watering hole? I mean, not a corked hat in sight for crying out loud . . . .

As for the round ball game, means nothing to me :D give me a nice rusty Piazza to play with any day!!

Rats! Provoke a fight here and one ends up with clever people with good taste. Piazza - a future Nobel Peace Prize?

Probably the only decent ball game is with BIG balls that don't get caught under the Piazza. Royalty calls it Polo (no doubt from their German connection), but we culturally rich can afford more horses. (Try fixing a turbo to a stallion's exhaust!)

As to aussie watering holes - if it has Fosters, it probably ain't! (Do they still close during the day?)

Alas we share much in common - though we don't have xenophobes, we just have "illegal refugees" (seriously! They are considered "queue jumpers"....). But here's hoping that era is in decline.

Ah now, see Mitsubishi did exactly that - fit a turbo to a Stallion's exhaust.

Yes, the Starion was originally supposed to be called "Stallion" but, due to a slight mixup between syntax and pronunciation . . . .

I kid you not, this is true. A bit like when they called their 4x4 the Pajero, only to discover that Pajero is an extreme insult in Spanish!! Cue "Montero" for the US and Spain then!!

Just a quick lesson on how to suddenly swerve of on a completely different tangent!!!

Ah - pick the odd one out - a shark, a crayfish, a crab, and an honourable Japanese person being run over by a steam-roller? (Alas that must be asked with an Oriental accent.)

I recall our former telecoms monopoly was going to change the name of their Global Operations Center because "GOC" is an offensive term (in Vietnamese).

But they stuck to their guns....
We still have Coon Cheese - no-one will take that name from us!

I suppose if Anthrax were pressured to change their name (after the citizen-led anthrax attacks stateside), we must seem really bad.
BTW - I saw an FUC or FUK numberplate a few weeks ago (I can't remember which) - but a standard Vic registration as in ABC-123. I thought that was one they did not allow.... (I do recall an FU.CK-69 from Furth in Germany...)

Yeah Bob, I saw it on the TV,, I reckon Bob Hawke was better lookin. The pictures I saw reminded me of an old Gum boot I have in the shed, all worn out with a split across the chin. Can't you find something a bit easier on the eye? Nearly as bad as that dyke we used to have, now we have a bloke who is an idiot, but he is a rich idiot so people think he is great.

That's the problem with a democracy, we end up with the tossers we probably deserve :finga:

Two names:

Gordon Brown
David Cameron

Stop moaning y'all and revel in the joyous knowledge that, no matter how accomplished at tossing your "leaders" are, their best efforts pale into insignificance in comparison with the chinless, smarmy, spineless, vacant and ignorant bell ends we always get!!!
