Big thanks to Wedgenut!

Just thought I'd put up a public thank you for all of Alex's help on Saturday, even though I managed to accidentally steal his vacuum gauge (it was found still plugged into the inlet plenum when I got home, after Alex had rung up wondering where it was... I would still be driving around in doofus mode with it plugged in if he hadn't... ).
He reset the timing and idle speed, so it now runs much, much better (quite a noticeable increase in power, sounds better too!) and the part-throttle hesitation is all but gone. Just have a small vacuum leak to find and it will all be sweet.
He also kindly got the passenger side leccy window working, replacing a burned out motor with a good one from his Aladdin's Cave that has so many wonderful Piazza bits stashed away in it (little-known fact that Aladdin traded his flying carpet in for a Piazza after seeing the Italdesign concept at the '79 Tokyo Motorshow).
Was also great checking out all the Piazzas he owns and taking the red Turbo out for a spin (although with the weather as it was, great care was needed to that it wasn't literally taken out for a 'spin').
Oh and thanks for the free aircon bits too!
Jason.
