Piazza SS ??

Has anyone seen one of these? They were called a Piazza Space Sport. Thats what the SS stands for. I will scan some pics in and post them.

The Piazza Space Sport was a one-off model released for the 27th Tokyo Motor Show in 1987.

never heard of it. can someone give a quick run down on what it is, like how is it different to a normal piazza? :rolleyes:

I don't have a picture but I have seen a picture of one. They look pretty much the same on the front end but they have a wider "B" post and targa style top. Dunno what the arse looks like as the picture was semi front on only

I like the blacked out light treatment. Yuck for the rest. Looks like a bad pre runner for the frontera sport. lol.

Looks like they just replaced the hatch with a targa top and put white rims on it..

They also made some proto type cabriolet's off the Piazza.

This is a poor quality picture from the 85 Tokyo car show.

I have a better picture off two together, one red one white, I'll try to locate it later.

The body style of the Piazza is just so right for a cab.
