Thought I would make a build thread for my drawn out project to get some more motivation.

It started out like this, looks good on the surface, however rust lurks just below the surface:

It is now sitting in our workshop, with a lot of rust already blown out of it.
Stand by for more updates.

Wow there are some serious rust issues there. Hopefully you can put this behind you sooner than later.

The rust actually looks worse in the photos than it does IRL.
I sandblasted the rear last summer, its already getting a layer of surface rust on it because of my slowness..
