tappets

just wondering if anyone has a piazza manual or knows of the top of there head what are the gaps for the tappets. i have set them at '12 thou inlet and '14 exhaust but not sure what they are ment to be set at. can someone please look it up in a manual or something and tell me what are the gaps ment to be or tell me if they are right
