Hi,

It's been some time, many years infact since i've been on here.

a few years back I sold my pride and joy - Black 1986 2L Turbo Piazza.
Due to the standard boring reasons, needed a reliable daily with cold aircon that I wasn't worried about hurting, Had no room for a second car.

Circumstances have changed, I have my own place with lots of covered storage space.
And what should a man do with space?
buy project cars.

Behold my new project

I've bought this without the engine in it, but sitting complete in my shed now with a big pile of all the pieces.
There's a lot of the classic boot lid rust, a bit of firewall rust and under body rust.
so there's gonna be some work.
plans are.
fix all rust.
Full respray.
engine back in.
make the fucken thing work.

....then leave it relatively standard.
there's enough power in these things to have fun.

Probably do a serious suspension upgrade.
That's about it!

Hell yes!! At least I can point you in the right direction for shocks all around and lowered springs up front - rears might prove a little more tricky but mine could probably be replicated. I'm interested to see what sort of springs yours has - it looks slightly lowered. Yahoo Japan might even have springs if need be. Also I now know the LSD mod (reordering the shims) to make the LSD work.

All in all, enough progress to make it a sweet car!
