And that's why I like the DOHCs - my rearview mirror was overtaxed with WRX front-ends.
But a G200W in a Florian (1,000kg) has advantages over the 1300kg+ Piazza.

Sorry - I just had to brag. Again. My mates threatened a WRX "next trip" until I pointed out it was no good (until the Grey Nurse hit ~4k RPM).

Funny..
As well as my turbo piazza..
and my 1990 RS legacy rally car

My girlfriend owns a 1998 WRX STI
And a 1992 Subaru SVX.....

The SVX is one of the best cars i have ever driven..
Wedgnut can vouch for how the SVX drives as he took it for a gallop last time we were in Auckland

That is bizarre madmike. You have some sort of family thing happening there.
You know, I actually didn't mind SVX. the wedge shape reminds me of the Piazza. I think they're an underrated car.

Yeah it goes well...for a car with an engine whose pistons can't make up their mind to come or go from each other instead of the normal and sensible uppy downy we are all used to.

The best bit about my drive in it? It wasn't my petrol LOL
So many cars, so little cash

Damned VW engines! (The 8th wonder?)

But Subaru was on of the 4 "deck of cards" cars (I think!). Another Ace like the Piazza. Or am I confusing with the Scirocco from the 1970s....

Delorian, Audi Piazza, &? (Not the technology Mercedes reject?)

Certainly heavy reverse engineering of the Piazza, and later Subaru/Isuzu collusion probably helped. (ie, THEM!)

And yeah it shows we are kind of a petrolhead household.
The SVX is the only Non turbo car we own.
Sideways by choice!!!!!
