Momo Aska Horn centre wanted

Not exactly on topic, but I thought someone might have on kicking around.
I'm after an Aska HBL centre pad.
Looks like this:

The Bighorn and Aska HBL wheels were the same, just with a different centre. As my car is not strictly a HBL, I wanted to keep it canon. I'd happily do a centre pad swap if it made things easier:
