Replacing P/S Belt

I bought an '89 Impulse Turbo a month ago and had the power steering to AC belt shread a week or so afterwards- how do I get the tensioner pulley to move so I can install a new one? Turning the bolt on the bracket seems to do nothing, is there another bolt that keeps the tensioner from moving along the track?

Loosen the big nut (17mm?) on the front of the upper pulley. That loosens the pulley so it can move.
Move the pulley up or down via the long threaded almost vertical tensioning bolt (12mm head?) behind the pulley.

Thanks, that's what my friend and I thought but we didn't have a socket that size. I'm glad to see this forum still has some life!

Yeah, I need to get a life.

Or maybe it's like the (Isuzu-GM) Gemini forums I was on - despite never owning a Gemini nor any of its engines, I clocked over 4,000 posts. My signature included "Caveat: I've never owned a Gemini."
Here it should be "Caveat: Though I own 2 Piazzas, they have never been on the road" etc. Their next road trip will be to scrap metal.

Best wishes.
