There's not really an advantage putting the cooler right out the front.. You could fit a thicker cooler if you mounted it infront of the radiator. You'll have to chop the front bar a bit to fit one there.

Here's some pics I have of one with it out the front.

I have hte same bumper as the dude in the pic above, just a quick question, the oil cooler is mounted to take the air coming in there, would I be able to move this oil cooler and put a front moutn in there on an angle? i know its hard to understand, but the front bar slopes inwards on liek a 45degree angle, how hard would it be to mount the cooler on an anlge like the bumper so as not have to chop the bumper but giving huge airflow and allowing a more stealth look...

i mean if its to difficult i'll just chop the bumper a bit and mount it normally...

I don't know how much this will help, but this guy ' Franko' seems to have a pretty good looking setup. He was featured in the piazzasearch.com gallery. Maybe someone here knows how to contact him? I'm looking at doing the same so any ifno you find out I'd appreciate too.

Scroll down to the white piazza. You'll know the one when you see it.

If you don't want it to be noticable stick it infront of the radiator if your air conditioning is gone. Although the eyelid motor will be in the way..

mm, interesting, eye lid motor is going, welding that up and having one whole bonnet and eye lids will not be opening, so hopefully front mount will go in alright..

do you think i should create a platic boulded thing to go from front section to cooler to manage the air flow or just let it free flow?

I dont know if the pizza motor needs it anywhrere else.

My front bar has a thingo that directs all the air that goes through the hole in the spoiler up through the oil cooler and radiator rather than letting it go under the car, yours got that? Should be fine like that..
