Left lower ball joint

Post by vinnie55 »

Hey does anyone know a place you can get left ball joints for a piazza?
I rang a place today and they wanted 275 for the original part. naturally I hung up on them.

does anyone know a place that does aftermarket parts for cheaper?

I have the lowers (or whichever ones are NOT the standard Gemini BJs).

So too RodeoBob - we bought "reasonable" stock a while ago in case supply ran short (and in case I ever got a Piazza on the road).
Plus Bob sourced them cheaply from USA - somewhat cheaper than the $265 each that I was originally quoted in Aus (later ~$165).
I think they are about $50 each, though I can't recall the orig costs.

BTW - replace one => replace both. In fact maybe all 4.

I'm replacing my Wasp tie-rods and decided to replace upper & lower ball joints despite lowers being ok, and uppers being replaced relatively recently. Why not - they are only $30 each and I have spares; then all is new and tight...
IZU069 - ISUZU means a lot to me.
