Depends on what you want out of the car. While your at it you should fix the shocking standard handling so...
Shocks
Fronts are the same as a Gemini, rears are apparently the same as VP Wagon. If your tight on cash go for Monroe gas shockers or Pedders Sports Ryders front and rear. If youve got some cash and want to do it Koni Yellows for the front [Gemini ones, remember that!] and i think Matt said Koni Oranges for the rear [they are off a VP Wagon]. Bilsteins are a good choice - my Piazza has them.
Springs
This will make the most difference to the way the car handles [and looks]. Apparently King Springs make some to suit the Piazza, ditto Pedders. If not you can get the standard ones heated/reset to a lower height thus altering spring rate. I got quoted $90 for the latter.
Other
New bushes, bigger swaybars...i think Whiteline make some to suit, someone said again a Gemini one fits...i dont know, i havent gotten that far. Yet.

I was told that the shocks then the springs then the away bar is the order to do it in. The guy i spoke too said not to fit a larger swaybar unless you must. Apparently the extra stress it puts on the front end can lead to cracks.
Not sure how true it is maybe this guy just couldnt get a swaybar to mark up heaps and sell me. lol.
Bob.

Is the whiteline bar a Piazza-specific one or a Gemini one? What about panhard rods and rear sway bars?
Shocks will only make a marked difference if the original items are screwed. They wont make a soft/floaty car like the piazza suddenly stiff.

Yeah Piazza specific. Can't find it now though because their catalog search is stuffed. With panhard rods nothing for the Piazza. Gemini sedan/coupe ones are longer. The wagon is shorter than a sedan I think? I have to take a tape measure to the wreckers and measure them, as well as every other common car with a panhard rod.
No rear swaybars but I think they can make them custom if you take them a sample one..
