Im looking at another car a clean rare 89 turbo but automatic,how hard is it to do a swap and what is needed?

It may need a manual ECU.
IZU069 - ISUZU means a lot to me.

Tailshaft off a manual too as they are longer due to the manual box being shorter. And the diff if you still want an LSD. In oz all Piazza autos are non LSD, but not sure about the US.

And the splines are probably a different diameter (even if the shafts are the same length).

I thought the ECU might be enough of a put off, but there's flywheel & bearing, clutch assembly, gearbox; pedal box, complete clutch hydraulics & mounting; cabin boots & trim.
