Just changed the plugs cap rotor and fuel filter.Awaiting a PCV valve next.I want to change the coolant, oil and filter next day off.The trans has a leak so my concern is to fix it or just do the 5 speed conversion.

I suppose it comes down to how bad is the leak? AFAIC I would leave it and check oil level more regularly until you're ready to convert.

Cant be NOS parts.Luckily I found an Isuzu dealer in CA that has a decent stock of parts.I scored a new sunroof seal(mine was DONE),I got 2 factory key banks(I'm a stickler for OEM) and a new oil cap.I will continue to restore this car piece by piece.I think I located a 5 speed trans then will work on restoring the whole suspension.

Good day in impulse history.A friend scored some rare interior parts from a junkyard. These parts are broken on 60 percent of the cars I found. After this my interior will be perfect.

The swaybar link bushes are fairly generic, I've used Gemini (I-mark) items. Do you know what's causing the leak on your trans/gearbox? If it's something like the seal on the output spline, or a loose drain plug, it could be an easy fix.
