Isn't the Falcon the only car that Ford Australia actually makes?
The rest they source from Germany, US and Japan(Mazda)?
Same shit as Holden with the Commodore

Ford is a International Company so it doesnt really matter what they called some cars.

And theirs something else you Holden Fark Heads should think about.

Q: Why are most Taxis Fords?
A: Because Parts are cheapers and they last longer also their thougher built!

Q: Why do most people who do a conversion use Ford parts?
A: Because they are just tougher!

Q: What does Holden really mean?
A: Their a lots of Names but Holden People dont really care as long as it is a Opel, VW or GM.. Neither has Holden developed and built a car from scratch, but we dont care, it sounds nice, it is generic and who gives a shit... Enaugh beer makes me like a Holden.. Sometimes when I drive my wifes Hunday FX and go into 2nd gear I feel like driving a Holden HSV ( Heap Shit Vehicle)

End of the story... guys, get it!!! Holden shit, Ford good...

Amen!

What about those cheating Ford bastards that were not wearing their head condoms. Everybody knows you can go faster without them, I thought for a minute that Ambrose was going to slap Murphy with his handbag. Never mind, only twelve months to the next one :finga:

Ah boys. Its like arguing whats better - blondes or brunettes? At the end of the day, its what ever squeels your wheels. Me personally - i dont want what i have. LOL. When im with a blonde i want a brunette. When i have the brunette i want a blonde. Bit like cars...

Now about Bathurst. Heads up to Skaife - the most bagged out driver but still an absolute champion. He may whinge, but fuck he has ability. He set the actual race lap record i beleive, 2:08.6XX or something like that. :supz:

Murphy is an absolute champion, its a shame he got taken out by AMBROSE the fucking wank. I once had respect for Ambrose and Ingall but now both come across as arogant pricks that resort to little dirty tactics. We all know about the famous Ingall-Skaife incident where Ingal punted him off the track and copped a huge fine from AVESCO. We also know about Ambrose punting Skaife off earlier during the year [Ambrose later admitted intentionally hitting him and copped another fine], but taking Murph out was absolute bullshit. Ambrose was in no position to win after he got drilled for not wearing the balaclava - rules are rules, he didnt play by them so he deserved the stop go. But back to the incident.

Rule book states that once a car is past the rear 1/4 panel then the space MUST be given as this is an allowed passing move. Coming up the hill Murph was alongside Ambrose who came across and bumped into him. Both continued up the hill towards the left hander with Murphy on the inside and Ambrose on the outside. Murphy was positioned at the Falcons rear door which technically was a legal passing move, when Ambrose blocked the line and cut into Murphys line causing contact. This is how i saw it and AVESCO saw it. Ambrose is wrong. Completely uncalled for considering he was nowhere in terms of race position whereas Murphy was 4th placed at the time. All he did was unfairly fuck someone elses chances and cause a huge repair bill for both Pirtek and Supercheap. The Supercheap car showed some good pace especially with Murph behind the wheel.

I could sit here all day and argue about Fords and Holdens. Im feet-in-both to an extent. Love the XR6 Turbo, hate everything else except for the MKI/II Escorts and the Sierra Cosworth. Love everything Post-VN 5L in the Holden camp, especially the VY. At the end of the day theres no arguing with performance figures. The VY [now VZ] is substantially quicker across the board then the BA. So much for the 90k Ford "hero car", the GT - its own sibling [XR6T is quicker] let alone the VZ SS, let alone the car its supposed to be marketed against - the 297kw HSV's.

Then theres the V8 supercars. Cant argue with 7 Bathursts in a row. Go Holden.

I don't know much about the rules of racing these days but I thought murph might have contributed more to the cock up than he admits and I am a bit of a Holden and Murphy fan. I will bow to superior knowledge though and accept that Ambrose was the culprit........gladly :prayer:

It doesnt matter wether or not he contributed more then he admits, at the end of the day [and in the eyes of AVESCO] his actions were well within the rulebook and thus cleared of wrong doing. To tell you the truth, if i was running in 4th place with 20laps to go [remember, the leading three were only 3secs away] and I was pulling a legal passing move, I wouldnt be taking bullshit either, especially from someone who has nothing to lose and is leaving the series after bathurst.

Yeah and id want a red head.
Thats sort of like a Piazza isnt it????

Blondes is good. That would have to be holden, a realy good ride.

Brunette would have to be ford. A reliable old hack. Nothing too special and everyones got one for the daily grind, well if your lucky enough to get a daily.
