After a Piazza or just some parts. Here's the place to go.

Strange that - Piazza's seem to be specified with reductions, though I think I've generally seen the plains.

So, shall I drop a reduction by...?
I'll swap ya for one of those killer tennis rackets....

(Remember - reduction starter and RG ignition will cold-start with a 5.2V battery!)

Ive got a stash of reductions.

If a straight up starter was good enough for the Isuzu gurus in Japan its good enough for me ;)

Yeah - but they have Jap batteries.

My little G161U loves its 4ZE1 reduction.
So do I when unbogging or cranking up ramps etc.
Or if she's slow to start (a fuel problem) - she cranks on constant voltage for well over a minute on a small 10 year old 38AH AGM battery.

I suppose Chris is off finding a new battery. Or a buyer for his Piazza.
I think I'll remount my Piazza alternator...

It seems the problem was the starter motor (hence why easier starting after running - ie, warm).

What can I say - I didn't think it was the alternator!
