Hi all,
Thanks to the talents of Webmaster Will and Eloquent Eddie, the IPTOC website has had a complete overhaul.
Check it out at http://iptoc.com
The forum page links to this forum, so hopefully a bit of chat will be stimulated - it's been a bit quiet on here of late!
All the best,
Clive

I finally had a more thorough look and I too am impressed.
I especially like its forum linking to this site. (Congrats! I tried centralisation, sharing, non-duplication etc decades ago only to be met by competitive local warlords. 3 decades later it smems I'm the one with Genuine - and ironically cheaper - sparts; tuning and maintenance know how, etc.)
I also like some snippets off the IPTOC site which IMO are obvious despite what others think elsewhere, eg:
From the servicing page:
"FULLY synthetic oils should be avoided....", and...
"the gearbox takes 10W/30 ENGINE oil...".
(The above are no different to earlier Isuzus since the mid 1960s noting the newer thinner oils ie 1960's & 70's OHVs etc used SAE30 (now 20W-50) engine oils; only the early non-syncho gearboxes used SAE80 etc oils.)
Also more supporting info from the uk-specifications page (bottom):
"All pre-Lotus cars with manual transmission were fitted with a Limited Slip Differential; this feature was an extra-cost option on manual transmission Handling by Lotus models and is identified on both variants by the option code “G80″ ... None of the automatic transmission Piazzas were fitted with LSDs.".
I've emailed IPTOC about the "inverted" manual gearbox ratios in the Specs section.
Again, congrats on the new site.
PS - Post email & above I noticed "SPARK PLUG GAP 0.75mm". I'm certain that's wrong - the ROT for electronic ignitions is a splug gap of 1.1mm.
And the PiazzaManual.pdf (for 4ZC1-t) specifies 1.1mm (1.05mm).
