I bought that same piece (along with bonnet, lights and grille) that you are talking about from a wrecker in America and had it shipped to Australia. Australia did not get the '88 -'90 update, which is what your car is, so you will have much more success looking online at wreckers in USA, like I did. The piece is a very flexible rubberised plastic, so it shouldn't break when shipping. I think the part is called 'eyebrow' but don't quote me on that.
