On RHD cars the cross link bar is notorious for seizing up. If they seize in the up position and you force it the link bar breaks off at the weld so don't force it up either. remove the clevis and then the master cylinder to eliminate the cylinder itself as the problem, which it could be. If still seized you may have to take the whole cross link bracket out to fix it up. That means dash out and steering column out so try the master cylinder first. If you need to do the other thing just ask, I have done it a few times and there are some tricky little bolts that will fuck with your head if you don't know where they are hiding.Clucth pedel is frozen to the floor.. what to do?
