Need Help with a injector resistor

Post by sochino3 »

Does anyone know how much voltage the resistor drops the voltage down by? And why does the injectors need voltage drop???
any answers would be great thank you

Because unlike other manufacturers that use inferior hi-impedance injectors, Isuzu represents quality.
Hence they use low-impedance injectors.

Coincidentally I read an article on the lo-Z injector resistors today. (zilvia-How to add resistors for low impedence injectors)
Not that I like the calculation method - and even I would be less verbose than that. It doesn't even mention their power rating!
[ At least it's better than today's "electronics basics" forum that stated that in America, current travels from positive to negative - apparently it's the opposite for others because we use "electron" current flow. LOL! ]
IZU069 - ISUZU means a lot to me.
