manifold?????

Hi guys
i have been running my piazza on 12psi even since i got it but i have just noticed that hair line crack has appeared in the manifold. it does not seem to be leaking though the hair line crack but just wondering wether i should look into getting it welded asap or just leave it for a while, i have been told that it is a pain to weld and will be expensive???
any ideas

Get it welded up, a decent welder will pre heat and cook out the carbon deposits and purge weld then blanket to control cooldown. There are other methods as well and they are all pretty good. Shouldn't cost that much, couple of hours work to do it right so depend on their charge out rate but i would expect to pay around a hunderd bucks over here. Cast iron used to be a real pain but the technology these days is very good.

If its not leaking it will be fine. Dont stress about it.

Dont stress, its a common Piazza thing. Maybe try use some Cold Weld? Heard thats pretty good for bandaid use.
