Ok well just to list a few things. (Feel free to add)

- Engine with turbo
- ECU
- Brake upgrades
- Radiator upgrade (?? unsure)
- Wiring loom of the c1
- Intercooler
- Workshop manual (Surley would help)
- Engine mounts (?? unsure)

Think the Gearboxes are the same in the non turbos or am I wrong?

Engine will fit the gearbox but it isn't as strong a box and it will come slightly further forward, most models have two sets of holes to suit this alternate mounting position for the gearbox but this means you need a longer drive shaft and turbo remote shifter, you can cut the tunnel hole out but then your knuckles change the radio station and smash the clock every time you select 1,3 or 5. LOL

Easier to make new mount brackets and save all the grief. The only thing you will run into then is whether or not the distributer cap on the 4zc1 will clear the firewall. Power steering plumbing will be an issue as well as the g200 Pump is in a totally different position and oil cooler pipes and mounting needs to be addressed.

Not a two minute job but possible, much easier to simply buy a turbo car in the first place, it always amuses me that people do this things and the end cost in time and money ends up being more expensive than buying an original car of the type you want. It is all the other things that you have to compromise on that makes it a nonsense, The turbo cars have better brakes, better front springs, heavier sway bar, stronger gearbox and diff.

probably lots of other little niggles like all the wiring loom to suit the ECU, and TCS computer and Knock controller which will also be needed. If you want to do it right don't forget the stepping motor and wiring. Also needed are the vacuum lines and VSV, A good way to waste your life instead of getting one I suppose.
