g200 sohc strange top/middle end noise

It makes a huge chatter above 1500rpm, only when your not accelerating or decelerating, i have gone over everything in the top end, ive been told these car make a bit of chatter but this sounds something has come loose like the cam chain, car was rebuild 30,000km ago so there should be no issues, the engine only used to do it when the car was warm, but now it does it all the time.
The car didn't do it when I got it and Ive just given it a fresh oil change and gone over all the cam clearnesses
