I have taken all of the parts that have bushes into my mate at the suspension shop he runs and he has matched all of the bushes up for me and even modified some of his existing moulds to suit.
List includes:-
Front end
Upper and lower control arms
Radius rods
Sway bar mounts and ends (23mm and 25 mm)
Steering rack mounts
Rear end
Upper and lower control arms
Sway bar mounts and "D" bushes
Panhard rod
If anyone needs any of these Let me know.

What are you making the bushes out of, what would be the price for a full set?
I love lathe work so I was planning on making my own, but if you can knock some up I may be interested.

They are all made out of urethane. So they will probably outlast the car.
Full set do you mean the whole suspension set? Front and rear? Sway bars too?

Possibly but only if you keep them lubed where they are meant to rub on metal.

Hi Matt, i was just wondering if you ever got these bushes made up and was wondering how much a full set delivered to the uk would cost me?
I've looked at our uk suppliers and no one carries these in stock, most don't even have moulds for them...unless anyone can prove me wrong?
Regards

Anyone else?
I mentioned it on another posting, get in touch with Clive at Iptoc, next to the manual on CD he is your next best friend, especially for HBL suspension parts which differ to the non HBL in a few ways. Very few HBL cars in Aus or NZ

thanks.. yeah thats the one lol.. on tuesday my 2 weeks period of getting the car regod and keeping the plsates doesnt look good. Looks like I have to re register it now..
It is currently at the mechanics who did the rwc check and faults are:
- L/H lower control arm bush gone
- New front disks ($450)\\
- The current wheels are to big and where damaging the front suspension.
None of the local wreckers have gem wheels so after a quick phone conversation with rick ludgate, i think my best option be to get BMW early 90s wheels..
Honestly why did I get another one... I am beginning to think Piazza's + me are not ment to be.
the curse continues....

Ring vicroads, explain the situation, tell them the mechanic has given up on looking for parts and its making you do it. The car is rare, they can check that on their database.
Ask them if you hand the plates in if they can suspend the rego to give you more time to fix it.
It is just sitting at the mechanics awaiting parts to get it roadworthy. In this instance the time period allowed/specified is not sufficent to see that completed in time. Blah Blah rare car hard to get parts for.
Now anyone else reading this re-read it and hold you head funny and read it again with a german accent. Sounds convincing doesnt it.
I know i have one pair of arms off a car up the back, i will check tomorrow.
I have 2 wheels here with new tyres.
But you will need two wheels with matching tyres to go on the front.
Were the balljoints on it OK?? I have new ones here.

Still chasing bits so I can pass bloody rego in ACT. I'm in need of LH steering rack boot. Are L & R boots identicle?
Also in need of c/arm bushes, and front radius bushes too. Haven't tried any parts reatailers yet. I like to always try here first.
