Yeah it is. 9" grinder. Cut the floor out and lift it out thru the side door, motor, box and all. Its what i do to em. lol. Of course if you want use the bus again you cant do it like this. lol.

Went back today and got the alternator from it. It's much smaller than the one i've got in the car now, might be able to fit an RB25 turbo now.
Does it have the same Plugs??? Id be a bit worried about it being under amped. Might have to work too hard and wear out quick. Handy for a spare or to get out of trouble.

Someones taken the diff, tailshaft is sitting there still. Strange it has rebuildable, regreasable uni joints where the Piazza ones aren't..
Are the piazza ones swaged too??? I hadnt looked to notice, all ive done to mine is remove the bumper and fit the turbo.
Some Geminis had swaged and some had circlips. Same as the shuttle.

Starters still there, as well as the gearbox and all that.
Its a column shift 5 speed! Never seen one of those before.
The starters are the old huge type like a gemini. The 2.3L and 2.6L both have reduction starters. Still handy for a spare, but it dont think they fit a Piazza.

Most of the shuttles were column shift. Some of the people movers had floor mounted gear sticks. The lid on the box is the same as a column shift rodeo one.
5 on the tree is a jap invention. lol. My old man had an econovan it was the same. Mates dad had an urvan it was the same too.

hehe probably easier to just drop it, it's suspended up pretty high in the air. Wreckers won't let ya use power tools either.

Yeah same plugs, and physically the same.. If it has a part number on it maybe I can check that against an original piazza one if anyone has one out of the car.. RB Gemini alt appears to be physically the same as well.

Whats swaged mean? Piazza doesn't have any circlips the cap thingos are just pressed in place. When I changed to coarse spline box they gave me a yoke with the same uni joint as Piazza, took it to a tailshaft shop and they said its impossible to rebuild them so I had to get the whole front tailshaft remade. The shuttle I saw had circlips.

Piazza with column shift would be fun!

Swaged is when they score the bore of the uni hole up to the cap to hold it in place.

Corse spline box??? That would have to be a gemini one. The yolk would have been smaller too as well as a different spline.

Nah it seems to be an Isuzu 117 Coupe box. Place I got it from said they imported it from Japan, it's got the 10 spline and came with a remote shifter similar to Piazza except the stick is about 50mm forward of the Piazza stick. Has the same ratios as the Piazza turbo box. Also has the alloy sandwich plate.
